Kaos Cast & Character Guide

The incredible ensemble cast of Netflix’s Kaos gives memorable and hilarious performances, bringing to life Ancient Greek myths with a contemporary twist. The dark comedy Kaos follows Riddy (Eurydice), Ceaneus, and Ari (Ariadne) who are fated to bring down the Greek Gods, led by Jeff Goldblum’s Zeus. The series has a sharp script, utilizes exciting cinematography, and incorporates a strong soundtrack – all of which help make the series so strong.

However, none of these aspects would have mattered if it weren’t for the great performances by the cast. Kaos brings together a large ensemble cast of predominantly well-established actors who masterfully characterize the Greek gods, goddesses, and heroes. However, some actors with smaller portfolios rise to the occasion of representing well-known figures from mythology in Kaos.

Jeff Goldblum As Zeus

Date Of Birth: October 22, 1952

Actor: Jeff Goldblum was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and he got his big break in Invasion of the Body Snatchers in 1978. In 1987, he won a Saturn Award for Best Actor in the movie The Fly. He later received an Oscar nomination in 1996 for Best Short Film, Live Action for the movie Little Surprises. He’s best-known for his role as Ian Malcolm in the Jurassic Park franchise.

Aurora Perrineau As Riddy (Eurydice)

Date Of Birth: September 23, 1994

Actor: Aurora Perrineau was born in New York City, New York, and she got her big break by playing Shana in the 2015 movie Jem and the Holograms. She’s gained nominations at a few film festivals, and her performance as Riddy in Kaos will undoubtedly result in more.

Character: Riddy is Kaos‘ version of Eurydice, the woman who gets taken down to the Underworld. In the original myth, she’s bitten by an asp on her wedding day, but in Kaos, Riddy is hit by a bus.

Nabhaan Rizwan As Dionysus

Actor: Nabhaan Rizwan was born in Redbridge, Essex, England, and he got his big break with his first acting role, Raza Shar, in the 2018 crime drama Informer. In 2019, he gained the Breakthrough Award from the Royal Television Society, UK.

Character: In Kaos, Dionysus is the only son of Zeus who talks to him anymore. He wants nothing more than his father’s praise and recognition, leading him to desperate measures.

Misia Butler As Caeneus

Date Of Birth: Unknown

Actor: Misia Butler was born in an unknown location, and he got his big break playing Jack in the cast of Netflix’s 2018 mystery series Kiss Me First. Though he’s relatively new to the acting business, his performance as Caeneus in Kaos shows his potential to gain major roles.

Leila Farzad As Ari (Ariadne)
