FANS QUESTION SUMMER WALKER’S DECISION TO COVER DAUGHTER’S EYES IN NEW PHOTOS

Summer Walker is celebrating four generations of women in her family with a new photoshoot.

On Friday, the singer took to Instagram to share a series of photos that feature herself, her mother, her grandmother, and her daughter, Bubbles.

In her caption, Walker simply wrote, “4 Generations.”

She later added, “Blessed. Bubbles’ eyes covered but she ate us up lol.”

While the images received widespread admiration, some Instagram users were quick to question Walker’s decision to cover Bubbles’ eyes. In response, many supporters rallied to defend the singer’s choice, citing spiritual and personal reasons.

One commenter wrote, “What a beautiful photo. And for some of you, that’s throwing a fit about her covering her daughter’s eyes. Please respect other people’s spiritual decisions and parenting.”

Another added, “Y’all keep on making comments about her choices to cover her babies eyes. She has already stated it’s for religious purposes. If Bubbles father did not respect that…that was his decision. A very poor and disrespectful decision but she can choose to still honor her beliefs despite him violating them.”

Others emphasized the significance of spiritual protection, with one user stating, “Eyes are the windows to the soul .. I’d cover their eyes, head, entire being If I so chose.. let her be her and focus on leaving room for what you may not know/understand.”

Earlier in the week, Bubbles’ father, London on Da Track, shared photos of her on his Instagram Stories, revealing her face and eyes. This sparked some controversy, especially after Eboni Ivori, the mother of one of London’s other children, accused him on Instagram of being an absent father.

Eboni shared a series of mages of children in her Instagram stories and captioned them with messages like, “My lil girl waiting on her dad since last Christmas,” and, “Another pic of my lil girl waiting for her dad on her birthday last year.”

After TSR reported on Eboni’s posts, Summer Walker commented, “Same,” followed by an eye-rolling emoji, hinting that

London on Da Track responded to Walker’s comment, saying, “Which baby daddy u talking bout?” paired with a crying face emoji.

While Walker chose not to engage further, her ex, Larry Williams, also known as Lvrd Pharoh, stepped in to defend himself.

“I got mine with me right this second! Leave the REAL FATHERS out of the internet s***,” Williams wrote, making it clear that he is actively involved in the lives of the twins he shares with Summer.
